License and activation errors

What to do when HAZE won’t accept your key.

• Check the key was copied exactly, with no extra spaces.
• Activation needs internet once. After that HAZE checks offline.
• If you’ve reached your Mac limit, free a seat first.
• Contact support@hazepreviz.com. Don’t paste your full key in public places.

What the messages mean

Message	What to do
Can’t reach the HAZE activation server.	Connect this Mac to the internet and try again. Activation is needed once; HAZE then works offline.
That key isn’t registered.	Check it against your invite email, or contact support.
That key has a typo	Check the characters. 0/O and 1/I/L are interchangeable.
That doesn’t look like a HAZE key	Beta keys look like HZB-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX.
This key is already activated on the maximum number of Macs.	Contact support to move it.
This license key has expired.	Contact support for a new one.
This license key has been withdrawn.	Contact support if that’s unexpected.
The activation server had a problem	Try again later.
