Crashes and hangs

What to send us when HAZE crashes or freezes.

If HAZE crashes or hangs, send a report with the steps that led to it. Include your Mac model, macOS version and HAZE version.

Finding the log

Choose Help ▸ Reveal HAZE Log in Finder. Logs are in your user Library at Logs/HAZE (HAZE.log for the current session; the last 5 sessions are kept as HAZE.1.log to HAZE.5.log). Attach HAZE.log when you email support.
